Proper education is the only tool that illuminates and transforms lives, society, nations, and the world. Swachha Seva Foundation & Social Welfare Trust believes that education is a fundamental right for every child and individual. In rural, marginalized areas, many families cannot afford to educate their children. Maximum children are listed as dropped out which causes a hugely negative impact on the literary rate of our state. To address this, we offer financial assistance, free coaching, and essential educational supplies like books, pens, and notebooks. Our goal is to reduce dropout rates, improve literacy, and build a society where no child is left behind in the pursuit of education.
Food Distribution
Our social services also include feeding the needy and hungry. To survive on this earth, food is the first basic need in human life. It symbolises a fulfilling and happy life. But many people especially from the underprivileged section struggle for or live without proper meals, and to address this issue, we organize regular food distribution programs throughout the year. These efforts provide essential nourishment to those in need. Each of our food camps benefits 500+ individuals, helping to alleviate hunger and improve the well-being of many in our community.
Cloth Donation
Clothing, which comes second after food, is the second most basic need in human life. Swachha Seva Foundation & Social Welfare Trust ensures that those without adequate clothing are provided with wearable clothes. To run our clothing distribution program, we purchase new clothes and collect gently used ones. Each drive targets over 300 individuals, offering them the dignity of proper clothing. The smiles of those receiving the clothes bring real satisfaction to our team, reinforcing our commitment to serving those in need.
Rural Development
We are committed to developing rural areas, particularly in Bhoumanagar, Odisha, where we serve. Our efforts focus on improving the quality of life for the residents by repairing roads and streets, arranging materials to establish electricity posts, and ensuring a stable electricity supply. In the near future, we will take on more rural development projects. We humbly appeal to our supporters to stand by us and help continue our humanitarian work, making a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.
Health Awareness and Camp
We also offer healthcare facilities to people from all backgrounds. Having good health is a fundamental right for every individual. Unfortunately, it is often neglected among underprivileged communities due to the rising costs of medical treatment and medicines. To address this, we organize various health and awareness camps, collaborating with reputed doctors and health professionals to maximize our reach. Our medical camps offer free consultation, treatment, referrals and medicines too. We also try to financially support to people’s health needs understanding their situation. Our awareness programs educate communities about various diseases and emphasize the importance of living a healthy life, ensuring that everyone has access to essential health information and services.
Yoga Class
We also promote yoga, the natural way of living a healthy life. Yoga has been an ancient age practice of our country benefit individuals in enjoying better health- physically, mentally and emotionally. On behalf of our organisation, yoga classes are run at a free cost for people of all ages. Our yoga trainer provides complete guidance on various yoga asanas and their usefulness. Our aim is to create a healthier, stronger rural Bihar by ensuring access to essential healthcare for those who need it most, fostering well-being and a better future for all.
Hiv Awareness Program
We conduct awareness programs on HIV/AIDS to educate the community about prevention, treatment, and the importance of regular testing. Our initiatives aim to dispel myths and reduce stigma surrounding the disease, promoting understanding and compassion. Through workshops and outreach efforts, we provide accurate information and resources, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health. By fostering awareness, we strive to create a supportive environment for those affected by HIV/AIDS in our community.
MSME development
We focus on MSME development by providing comprehensive support to individuals, empowering them to achieve financial independence. Our initiatives particularly benefit rural women, offering low-interest loans to start businesses or self-employment ventures. In addition to financial assistance, we guide them through the entire process of launching and managing their enterprises, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed. By fostering entrepreneurship, we aim to create sustainable livelihoods and improve the economic conditions of our community.
Old age care
Older citizens are the treasures of our society, yet many have forgotten it and as a result the old members get abandoned by their loved ones. To support them, we extend a helping hand by providing meals, clothing, and accommodation. Additionally, we organize recreational activities to enhance their well-being and offer income-generating opportunities, ensuring they can maintain their independence. Our aim is to create a nurturing environment where elderly individuals feel valued, cared for, and empowered to lead fulfilling lives without depending on others.
